Central Market of Valencia

Valencia’s Central Market (Mercado Central) is one of Europe’s largest and oldest running food markets, housed in a striking 1910s Modernist building of iron, glass, and colorful tiles. Inside, more than 1,000 stalls offer fresh seafood, produce from the Huerta, cured meats, cheeses, and regional specialties like horchata and paella ingredients.
