Bridge of Peace

Bridge of Peace is a modern pedestrian bridge spanning the Mtkvari River in central Tbilisi, linking the old town with Rike Park. Designed by Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, its glass-and-steel structure contrasts sharply with the city’s historic surroundings, making it a notable symbol of contemporary Tbilisi. The bridge is especially attractive in the evening, when its LED lighting illuminates the walkway. Visitors often stop here for river views, photos, and an easy walk between several major sights.
