Made famous by ads and films, it offers photogenic vistas, easy cycling, and slow-paced strolls amid seasonal colors—lush green in summer, golden before harvest. Visitors come for sunrise or late-afternoon light, unobstructed horizons, and rural tranquility. Facilities are minimal; bike rentals and simple cafés cluster in nearby Chishang. Go if you enjoy scenic rides and calm landscapes rather than intensive activities or nightlife. Best visited on clear days and outside peak holiday crowds.
