Tainan, Taiwan
Blueprint Culture and Creative Park is a compact arts precinct in central Tainan, converted from old police dormitories and offices. Its signature “blueprint” murals and indigo-painted facades reference architectural blueprints, creating photogenic lanes. Visitors find design shops, small galleries, cafes, and rotating craft markets that showcase local creativity. It’s an easy stop near other historic sites, best for casual strolling, photography, and picking up Taiwan-made goods. Evenings add light installations and a livelier atmosphere. Not a museum-heavy destination, but a pleasant hour or two for art, design, and coffee lovers. Free entry; some venues have variable hours.
