Silver Waterfall

Silver Waterfall (Thac Bac) lies about 12 km west of Sa Pa, along the road to Tram Ton Pass. Cascading 200 meters down a terraced mountainside, it’s one of the area’s most accessible waterfalls, with a short walk from the roadside and viewpoints for photos. The site offers cool mist, pine-scented air, and glimpses of Fansipan range scenery. Combine a stop here with nearby Love Waterfall or the pass for sweeping valley views. Best after rain or in spring when flow is strongest; expect crowds on weekends and modest entrance fees. Facilities are basic but adequate.
