Amador Causeway

Amador Causeway is a scenic, four-island promenade linking Panama City to Naos, Perico, Flamenco, and the Biomuseo on Punta Culebra. Built with rock from the Panama Canal’s Culebra Cut, it offers skyline and canal views, cycling and jogging paths, marinas, and casual to upscale dining. Visitors come for sunsets, ferry access to Taboga Island, and family-friendly attractions like the Smithsonian’s Punta Culebra Nature Center. It’s best for relaxed waterfront time rather than beaches, and can be breezy and sunny—bring water and sun protection. Evenings and weekends are lively; weekdays are quieter.
