Höfats

The Höfats is a striking double-peaked pyramid in the Allgäu Alps near Oberstdorf, famed for its steep grassy slopes and rare alpine flora. Rising to 2,259 meters, it’s one of the region’s most distinctive silhouettes and a magnet for experienced mountaineers comfortable with exposed terrain. There are no marked hiking trails to the summit; access requires surefootedness, climbing skills, and stable conditions.
