Parque del Amor

Parque del Amor is a cliffside park in Lima’s Miraflores district, known for ocean views, mosaic-covered benches, and “El Beso,” a large sculpture of a couple embracing. Inspired by Barcelona’s Park Güell, its winding seating bears romantic quotes by Peruvian poets. Sunset is the prime time, when paragliders dot the sky and the Pacific panorama shines. It’s a relaxed stop for couples, photographers, and walkers along the Malecón. While small and often busy, the park offers a memorable viewpoint and a snapshot of Lima’s coastal culture without requiring much time or expense.
