Phra Nang Cave Beach, near Railay in Krabi, is a scenic strip of white sand framed by limestone cliffs and turquoise water. Accessible by longtail boat, it’s popular for swimming, sunbathing, and beginner-friendly rock climbing. The beach’s namesake cave houses a revered shrine to the princess goddess, offering a glimpse of local spiritual traditions. At low tide, you can walk to nearby caves and viewpoints; at high tide, the water is calm for paddling. Facilities are limited to boat vendors and a resort, so visit early or late for fewer crowds and dramatic light on the cliffs.
