Ko Lanta, Thailand
Klong Chak Waterfall is a small, seasonal cascade tucked inside Mu Ko Lanta National Park’s jungle on Ko Lanta Yai. Reached via a shaded 30–45 minute hike with stream crossings and roots, it offers a cool pool for a quick dip and a chance to spot monitor lizards and butterflies. Best from November to April; it may run dry late in the season. Combine with nearby Klong Chak Cave and the park’s beaches for a half-day outing. Ideal for visitors who enjoy light trekking and natural settings rather than dramatic falls or developed facilities. Minimal amenities; bring water.
