Seven Commandos Beach, on El Nido’s mainland, is a sheltered, palm-fringed arc of soft sand with clear, shallow water ideal for swimming and casual snorkeling. Often included in Island Hopping Tour A, it’s easy to reach and has simple beach bars and volleyball nets, creating a relaxed stop between limestone-cliff viewpoints and lagoons. Expect moderate crowds, especially midday, and higher prices than town. Come for a laid-back swim, sunset views, and photo-friendly scenery; skip if you prefer remote, undeveloped shores or extensive coral reefs. Best visited early morning or late afternoon for softer light and fewer boats.
