Gran Teatro Falla is Cádiz’s landmark red-brick theater, built in Neo-Mudéjar style (1884–1905) with striking horseshoe arches and patterned façades. It’s best known as the heart of the city’s Carnival, hosting the lively COAC song contest, but also offers year-round concerts, theater, and dance. Inside, a richly restored hall and good acoustics create an intimate experience. Located near La Caleta and the university, it fits easily into a walking tour of the old town. Visit for a performance or a guided tour to appreciate its architecture and its central role in Cádiz’s cultural life.
