Rhododendron-Park Bremen

Rhododendron-Park Bremen is one of Europe’s largest rhododendron collections, blending botany and calm city green. Across 46 hectares, more than 650 rhododendron and azalea species bloom in waves from April to June, with color through summer in themed beds and woodland paths. The adjacent Botanika green science center adds tropical houses, a bonsai collection, and interactive exhibits. Flat trails, cafés, and playgrounds make it easy for families and leisurely walkers. Come for peak spring spectacle; visit off-season for quiet landscapes, curated gardens, and educational displays. Located in the Bürgerpark area, it’s easily reached by tram or bike.
