Bergenhus Fortress

Bergenhus Fortress, set at the entrance to Bergen’s harbor, is one of Norway’s best-preserved medieval fortifications. Its highlights include Haakon’s Hall, a 13th-century royal banquet hall, and Rosenkrantz Tower, a Renaissance-era stronghold with harbor views.
