Jones Point Lighthouse

Jones Point Lighthouse, in Alexandria’s Jones Point Park, is one of the last remaining riverine lighthouses on the Potomac and the only surviving lighthouse in Virginia. Built in 1855, it once guided ships along busy trade routes and now serves as a compact historic landmark near the waterfront trail.
